once all the dry goods are sifted and mixed into the bowl, the warm milk, water, and yeast and mixed together with some oil and added to the dry mixture! the easiest way of doing this is by alternating between dry and wet ingrediants and kneading in the last 1/2 cup of flour as you start the 10 minute kneading process. i let it raise the first time with a bit of hope that the yeast would do its thing. i left it in the bowl and the dough doubled the bowl size. pretty neat to see.
i made one loaf, 18 cloverleaf rolls, and 9 pan rolls... it tasted delicious
